(COPPELL, TX – JANUARY 24, 2020) VERSA Relocation, Inc. recently announced the promotion of Cheryl Greer as Operations Manager and the addition of Daniel Hiegel as Process Design Specialist.
As Operations Manager, Greer’s primary focus is management of the consultant team, ensuring compliance with all company and client policies and procedures. She is also responsible for managing relationships with crucial suppliers and is a key player in issue resolution, working to find solutions to ensure an exceptional relocation experience.
A 17-year veteran of the relocation industry, Greer has developed a vast knowledge of relocation industry best practices. Having managed thousands of domestic and international relocations, she understands every relocation is unique and requires quick thinking and flexibility. She takes pride in providing clients the best relocation services available and keeping them informed every step of the way. Greer is dedicated to building strong partnerships with clients, transferees and suppliers through attention to detail and thorough communication.
Greer’s previous role was Senior Relocation Consultant at VERSA. Prior to joining VERSA, Greer worked in finance and as a Senior International Relocation Consultant and Operations Manager at two major Relocation Management Companies.

VERSA also welcomes Process Design Specialist Daniel Hiegel to the team. His primary focus is to analyze processes and system flows, working closely with the expense management and accounting teams to identify areas for improvement and implement efficiencies. Hiegel’s responsibilities also include performing financial analysis throughout revenue and expense recognition categories, as well as analyzing and interpreting financial information and implications, budget and sales revenue forecasting, and analyzing data for financial planning.
With 37 years of finance, accounting and account management experience in the relocation industry, he has held strategic leadership and management roles for major Relocation Management Companies. His expertise in billing, auditing, accounts payable, accounts receivable, process improvement and new systems implementation will be invaluable in his role as Process Design Specialist. Hiegel is an adaptable and detail oriented professional, able to identify and implement process improvements that increase accuracy, consistency, and efficiency.
Hiegel is a member of the Employee Relocation Council (ERC), and obtained Certified Relocation Professional (CRP) designation in 2008. Fluent in English, French and Lingala, and born in the Democratic Republic of Congo, he is able to relate to and identify with the transferee family experience. Hiegel has relocated 15 times domestically and internationally.
